APS5 to EL2 Procurement Managers (Canberra)
Indigeco is recruiting Procurement Managers at APS5 to EL2 equivalent levels for our Commonwealth Government client.
These roles will support procurement advisory services across the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, working with business areas to deliver compliant, timely and value for money procurement outcomes.
The initial engagement is for 12 months, with potential extension for another 24 months.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver procurement activities across the end-to-end procurement lifecycle in line with Commonwealth Procurement Rules, policies and internal frameworks
- Engage with business areas to understand requirements, risks, timelines and procurement objectives
- Develop procurement planning documentation, spending proposals, sourcing strategies, approach to market documents and approval briefs
- Lead or support market research, supplier engagement, RFQ, RFT and RFI processes, evaluation planning and value for money assessments
- Facilitate evaluation processes, prepare evaluation reports and support defensible procurement recommendations
- Lead or support negotiations,
contract establishment, variations, extensions and transition into contract management
YOUR REQUIREMENTS
- Current NV1 security clearance, or higher, with ability to maintain clearance for the full contract term
- Demonstrated procurement experience in Commonwealth Government or a similarly regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of Commonwealth Procurement Rules, procurement connected policies, PGPA requirements, probity and value for money principles
- Experience delivering low to high complexity procurement activities, depending on capability level from APS5 through to EL2 equivalent
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to provide practical procurement advice to business areas and senior stakeholders
