How long did it take to fill your book at your last practice?

This one filled in under two months. Surry Hills opened in October 2025 on a single GP a day and was fully booked by December. Demand hasn't let up since and most days now run two GPs and still book out.

GP-owned, founded by two doctors who met at medical school and still consult across the sites themselves. Each practice runs independently under its own principal GP. Non-corporate, close-knit, expanding.

You'd be stepping into established patient flow, not building one.

The offer

- Mainly private fees
- 70% Billings Split
- $40 gap on Level B, $60 gap on Level C and D
- 1 to 4 days a week, versatile
- Option to split your week across two sites, 2 days each

The work

- Fully booked on 1 GP a day, often 2 GPs a day and still full




- Ramp up of 1 to 2 months, based on the site's own track record
- Young professionals and office workers, CBD fringe location

The site

- 8 consulting rooms, 4 to 5 GPs currently
- Best Practice software with Heidi AI scribe
- Practice manager on site across ops, HR and rostering
