Practice Manager – Mayfield Veterinary Hospital
We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Practice Manager to lead our team at Mayfield Veterinary Hospital.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a well-established clinic, driving operational excellence, supporting a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional care to our patients and clients.
About the Role
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Lead, coach, and develop a dedicated team of veterinary professionals
- Drive business performance, including budgeting and KPI management
- Ensure high standards of patient care and client experience
- Manage rostering, recruitment, and team engagement
- Support continuous improvement across systems and workflows
About You
- Previous experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong people leadership and communication skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to drive clinic performance
- Experience in veterinary or healthcare (highly regarded)
- Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
