Our client is a leading consumer products organisation with a strong portfolio of premium kitchen and personal care brands across Australia and New Zealand. As part of its continued investment in digital growth, the business is launching a current Shopify Direct to Consumer (D2C) channel, creating an exciting opportunity to play a key role in its future success.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Growth Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of driving e-commerce growth through performance marketing within an FMCG, retail or consumer products setting.

With the launch of a current Shopify Direct to Consumer (D2C) channel, you'll join at a pivotal time. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, quickly take ownership of digital growth initiatives and work closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver a successful launch. You'll drive online sales through paid media, website optimisation and data driven decision making, helping shape the long term success of the D2C business.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive growth across the Shopify D2C e-commerce channel.

- Lead performance marketing initiatives across Google, Meta and other paid digital channels.

- Manage external digital agencies to maximise campaign performance and return on investment.

- Optimise paid media investment to increase website traffic, conversions and online revenue.

- Analyse campaign and website performance to identify growth opportunities.

- Support digital campaigns, product launches and customer lifecycle marketing.

Skills & Experience

To be successful, you'll have:





- Proven experience within the FMCG industry or marketing consumer products in a retail environment.

- Strong performance marketing experience with responsibility for paid media strategy and optimisation.

- Demonstrated success driving e-commerce growth within an FMCG or retail business.

- Experience managing paid media budgets and external digital agencies.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise commercial outcomes.

Experience with Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo or similar e-commerce platforms will be highly regarded.
