Talent is recruiting for a Digital Producer to join our leading aviation client in the Sydney CBD. This is an exciting chance to deliver and optimise customer-focused digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target.

In this hands-on role, you will manage content across web and mobile channels, improving customer journeys for small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) customers and business travellers through publishing, experimentation, personalisation and data-driven optimisation.

Responsibilities include:

- Manage digital content publishing, updates and maintenance using Adobe Experience Manager.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of digital content and customer experiences.
- Optimise customer journeys through testing, analytics and continuous improvement.
- Support A/B testing, experimentation and personalisation using Adobe Target.
- Monitor customer behaviour and digital performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Product, UX, Marketing, Commercial, Analytics and Technology teams.





To be successful, you will bring:

- Strong hands-on experience using Adobe Experience Manager (A must).
- Experience using Adobe Target for experimentation and personalisation.
- Experience using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or a similar platform.
- Knowledge of website and conversion optimisation methodologies.
- Experience managing digital content from initial brief through to publication.

Experience supporting SME, loyalty, travel or business customer journeys (Desirable).
