As aKaiārahiRatongaDeliveryLead ,you will lead a squad in the successful delivery of integration platforms and solutions that connect systems,processesand data to align with business outcomes and value drivers. Work with and manage a broad group of key stakeholders across the business and technology to define commitments and deliver integration outcomes in a complex, interconnected environment, ensuring solutions are delivered at pace without compromising quality,stabilityor supportability.

You will have the opportunity to

- Lead a squad delivering integration platforms and solutions (BOOMI, Azure) that connect systems and drive business value.
- Manage a broad group of stakeholders across the business andtechnology.
- Turn stakeholder requirements into clear roadmaps,plansand delivery outcomes.
- Balance speed of delivery with quality,stabilityand long-term supportability.
- Work within a model where integration platforms are centrally governed, butyou'llown delivery embedded in your squad.
- Collaborate closely with platform, tooling and infrastructure teams to keep delivery aligned end-to-end.

Whatyou’llbring to Z

- Proven experience delivering integration solutions within a squad-based delivery model.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, witha track recordof building relationships across business and technical teams.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear roadmaps,plansandprioritisedbacklogs.
- Excellentorganisationalskills - owning a backlog, juggling competingprioritiesand keeping delivery on track.
- Experiencefacilitatingagile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retros) and leading teams through them.
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working acrosscentralisedplatform teams and embedded squad delivery.
- Strong reporting and communication skills, with the ability to bring transparency to stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
