A privately owned construction group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a strong pipeline of hotel and mixed-use developments across the Gold Coast. Known for delivering high-quality, design-led projects, the business has multiple hospitality developments currently in planning and delivery phases.

You will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, managing all aspects of delivery across time, cost, quality and programme. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-end hotel developments within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The Role

- Manage end-to-end delivery of hotel and mixed-use construction projects.
- Oversee design coordination, authority approvals and consultant management.
- Lead procurement activities, subcontractor engagement and contract administration.
- Manage project budgets, forecasting and overall financial performance.
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor construction progress, programme, risk, safety and quality outcomes.
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
- Drive project timelines and successful delivery outcomes.

About You

- 5–12+ years' experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience delivering commercial, hotel or complex residential projects.




- Strong understanding of the full construction lifecycle, from pre-construction through to handover.
- Commercially astute, with strong financial, contractual and risk management capability.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project outcomes in a quick-paced environment.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
