- Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to early career and provisional psychologists (where appropriately endorsed and experienced).

- Maintain accurate, timely and professional clinical documentation.

- Participate in reflective practice, professional development and ongoing quality improvement.

- conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments (e.g., WPPSI-IV, WISC-V, WAIS-IV, ADOS-2; WIAT- III, Vineland-3; Conners-4) to assist with the development of strategies and recommendations to support overall wellbeing and development.

- Values-driven, empathetic and committed to person-centred practice.

- An excellent communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Able to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

- Organised, proactive and committed to delivering high-quality services.

- Experience conducting Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, cognitive, adaptive functioning or other psychological assessments.

- Experience working with participants across the lifespan.

- Knowledge of trauma-informed and neuro-affirming practice.

- Board-approved supervisor status with AHPRA, or eligibility/willingness to work towards becoming a board-approved supervisor.

- Experience supervising or mentoring early career or provisional psychologists.

- Have the confidence to independently deliver individual and group-based psychological supports and services.

What We Offer
