Hi Thrive is a mobile paediatric allied health service based in Yarraville, VIC. We bring therapy directly to children in environments where they feel protected, with complete autonomy over your hours, clients and clinical focus areas.
You’ll be paid per client-facing hour, with rates of $116–$135 per hour (superannuation included). Our model includes admin support, a warm multidisciplinary community, and a genuinely neurodiversity-affirming workplace that values your boundaries and balance.
