WYNCO Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Civil Leading Hand to join established civil crews delivering ongoing projects across the Sunshine Coast.
This is an excellent long-term opportunity for a hands‑on leader who enjoys leading from the front, coordinating crews and delivering quality civil works. You'll work closely with Supervisors and Project Teams on well‑established projects with consistent hours and genuine long-term career opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and coordinating civil crews on active subdivision projects
- Allocating daily tasks and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
- Working closely with Supervisors and Project Teams
- Monitoring productivity and maintaining high site standards
- Ensuring works are completed to specification and program
- Supporting operators and labourers across daily site activities
- Assisting with site planning and crew coordination
- Promoting a positive safety culture on site

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Civil Leading Hand
- Proven residential subdivision experience
- Robust understanding of civil construction and earthworks operations
- Ability to lead crews and coordinate day‑to‑day site activities
- Excellent communication and leadership skillsStrong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Construction White Card
- Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Long‑term opportunity with a strong pipeline of work
- Solid hourly rate + penalties, travel and meal allowance
- Consistent full‑time hours with overtime available
