We are recruiting a dedicated full time Systems Administrator to manage internal system management and provide systems administration support to clients. This role will administer, monitor, upgrade and secure the company's full on-premises and cloud IT ecosystem, including print management servers, domain infrastructure, end-user devices, network hardware and business backup systems.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure and patch Windows/Linux servers, virtualisation, print management servers and network hardware.
Monitor system performance across print servers and corporate networks, diagnose hardware, software and connectivity faults.
Administer Active Directory, user access permissions and system security controls, implementing authentication and access management measures to protect client print data, business systems and organisational records.
Design, implement and maintain automated backup, recovery and disaster recovery processes, regularly testing backup integrity to ensure business continuity and data protection.
Test and deploy system upgrades, firmware and security updates; implement system security controls to maintain infrastructure reliability and protect against malware, unauthorised access and data loss.
Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, IT asset registers and full logs of all configuration changes and fault resolutions.
Complete server and storage capacity planning, analyse system utilisation and recommend infrastructure upgrades.
Liaise with ICT vendors, print hardware suppliers and cloud providers, manage service agreements and service level requirements, and coordinate external technical support for complex infrastructure issues.
Assist in developing and implementing IT operational policies covering system usage, data storage, endpoint compliance and infrastructure management.
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant ICT discipline (mandatory).
Minimum 4 years hands-on experience in systems administration or a related field. Commercial printing industry experience will be highly regarded.
Advanced practical knowledge of Windows Server, virtualisation, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
Proven experience managing backup solutions, disaster recovery frameworks and implementing system security controls.
Strong troubleshooting capability for server, network and endpoint hardware and software issues.
Ability to prepare and maintain clear technical documentation, operational and system records, with effective communication skills to support non-technical stakeholders.
