What you're across:

Running the studio and the team in it

Being present on the gym floor coaching as the face of the studio

Class delivery at a 10/10 standard, every session, never dropping the ball

Growing the membership base month on month

Driving new people in the door, plus keeping the ones we've got





Following the sales process every time

Class scheduling and trainer rostering / timesheets

Day to day operations

Local marketing and social media

Keeping all systems up to date

Corporate and B2B partnerships

Keeping the studio spotless and on brand

Staying on top of programming and athletic updates

What we need from you:

1+ years managing a studio

Coaching, group fitness, personal training experience

You back the brand and love coaching people to be better

Loyal, honest, first one in, last one out

Fit, energetic, good at building rapport fast

Always keen to learn and level up
