About the Role

This is not a traditional marketing role. We are seeking an experienced professional who can combine marketing, business development, referral relationship management, reporting and strategic execution.

Business Development

- Build referral relationships with accountants, financial planners, and other professionals

- Coordinate networking events and seminars

- Develop referral programs

- Support lawyers with business development

- Coach Lawyers on business development activity and help grow LinkedIn presence and thought leadership (articles, posts, webinars)

Marketing & Campaigns

- Deliver the annual marketing strategy

- Manage digital campaigns including Google Ads, LinkedIn & Website

- Coordinate content, newsletters and thought leadership

- Manage podcasts, webinars and education events

Reporting & Analytics

- Implement source tracking

- Produce monthly Director reports

- Track conversion rates and ROI

- Maintain dashboards and CRM data

- Set up straightforward client feedback processes (e.g. short surveys/NPS) and use the results to improve service and marketing





- Should be comfortable working with practice management/CRM systems and pulling useful data for dashboards, attribution and conversion reporting

Content & Brand

Manage brand consistency

- Coordinate SEO and website content

- Support PR and media opportunities

- Coordinate submissions for professional directories and awards (e.g. Doyles Guide, Best Lawyers, Client Choice Awards) and help promote nominations/listings

Candidate Requirements

- Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, Public Relations or related discipline

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing and/or business development, ideally in a professional services environment (law, accounting, financial advice)

- Strong evidentiary relationship building capability

- Experience producing business reports and KPIs

- Experience with meeting KPI’s

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
