Baseball Victoria is seeking a Performance Pathways Coach to support the operational management of the Athlete Pathway programs for both male and female teams. You will help implement strategies to drive technical development of coaches and athletes within BV’s Pathway programs.
You will lead, develop and deliver coach education across all levels, while maintaining positive relationships with officials and contributing to the administration of TID and selection processes.
