MEGT is seeking a proactive Youth Coach (TtW) to support 15–24-year-olds at our Coomera office, helping them overcome barriers and create pathways to education, training and employment. You will build rapport, assess eligibility, manage caseloads, and coordinate with employers, training providers and community organisations to connect youth with meaningful opportunities.

You will tailor Education and Employment Plans, maintain accurate records, and ensure program compliance with DESE guidelines,
