Known for their significant pipeline of work across varying sectors including Mixed Use, Health and Public projects, this company takes pride in delivering innovative projects. They are seeking a contractor on a 3 month contract to work on Data Centres to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

- Show expertise in using Revit BIM tools, with the ability to create models to a high standard
- Provide technical documentation in Revit on Data Centres
- Prepare BIM plans and project specific training documentation
- Oversee the coordination of services, clash detection management on Revit
- Dealing with consultants and working within a cooperative team

Skills and Experience

- Qualifications incl. Masters of Architecture or Technician degree
- Advanced Revit and BIM 360 skills
- Min. 3yrs post-grad experience
- Strong communications skills, articulate and confident
- Excellent organisation, planning, prioritising and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Open to Working Holiday Visa candidates
