WISE is seeking compassionate Job Coaches to empower people living with disability by helping them secure employment opportunities. The role involves outreach to sites associated with each office and requires KPI-driven performance, empathy, and a drive to achieve outcomes.

We offer a market-competitive salary from 71,540 AUD with Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging, wellness days, health initiatives, and iPhone and laptop provided. Applicants must have Australian work rights and a valid driver’s license.
