This is a permanent full time role offering a hybrid working arrangementat our spacious, light-filled office with undercover parking located in Gladesville, Sydney.
About the Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager Australia and New Zealand, the Sales & Events Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative, operational and project support to the Sales Team to drive business growth, deliver exceptional field support and ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives, training, recognition programs and events.
Your previous experience in a similar position within the fast-paced skincare or beauty industry will be the key to your success. Exposure or knowledge of direct selling or a multi-level marketing environment will be highly regarded. This is a relationship-based role, working closely with our marketing and customer service teams.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Administrative support for the day-to-day management of company sales operations, special projects and business initiatives.
Developing and maintaining PowerPoint presentations for various business meetings and workshops and assisting with the preparation of training resources and workshop materials .
Supporting the planning and delivery of conferences , leadership meetings, recognition events and training workshops , travelling nationally where required.
Managing the recognition gifting program and incentive activities across all sales initiatives, including sourcing gifts and merchandise.
Supporting sales communications to the field through email and digital platforms including creating social media content and maintaining the Facebook community page.
Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of business initiatives.
What You Bring
At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role within the Beauty and Skincare industry.
Excellent communication and written skills.
Energetic nature and agile approach..... you are not afraid to pivot when things change.
Experience within a corporate environment with a professional manner and be well presented.
Highly organised time management skills with the ability to juggle multi-tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with various teams.
