About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Spray Painter to join our busy panel shop team. You will be responsible for preparing, painting and finishing vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards, ensuring a high-quality result every time. Extensive experience with water-based paint is essential.
Your day-to-day will include:

- Surface preparation including sanding, masking and priming
- Colour matching and paint application
- Buffing and polishing finished panels
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Working closely with panel beaters and estimators

You are a reliable and motivated Automotive Spray Painter who takes pride in your work and enjoys being part of a team.
To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience as an Automotive Spray Painter
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship




- Knowledge of paint systems and colour matching
- Extensive experience with water-based paint
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
