We are currently seeking Assembly/Production Operators & Warehouse Assistants to join the team at our Orange NSW site . These full-time roles offer secure employment, a supportive team environment, and family-friendly hours.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

- Operate within our production and assembly departments
- Use a variety of tools and equipment to assemble agricultural/ industrial attachments.
- Assemble mechanical/ hydraulic components and products to meet customer specifications
- Assist with inventory movement including picking & packing orders.




- Utilises compony systems and software to process orders and navigate warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow work allocations and job instructions accurately
- Communicate effectively with management, supervisors and peers to achieve efficient outcomes.

- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good teamwork and communication abilities skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Forklift licence (preferred)
- Previous experience in a production or assembly environment
- Previous experience with warehousing software (ERP’s)
- Experiencing interpreting workorders/ picking slips to fulfill an order.
