Following a restructure, a full time permanent role has been created for a Rostering Manager with in-home care experience to lead and coach a small team of Rostering Co-ordinators.
Your Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will work cross functionally with various stakeholders across the business to ensure the smooth delivery of community support workers.
Whilst there will be times you will support your team in a hands-on rostering capacity, you will largely drive the overall rostering function to best practice, engaging with participants, their families and support workers.
You will exemplify the values of the organisation and be a brand ambassador, promoting a service focused environment where the support workers are engaged and the participants are a priority.
You will bring the expertise of positive relationship management to this role by proactively managing and requesting feedback from participants and their families, as well as the support workers, your team and other people in the business, and then implement appropriate changes as needed.

Your Profile
Demonstrated experience in leading small teams of rostering staf f is essential, with excellent examples of mentoring and coaching them to success.
You are passionate about working in a NDIS environment and bring experience with rostering community based support workers , to understand the nuances of this environment.
You will have worked as a rostering co-ordinator for a number of years and progressed into a leadership/management role.
Warm, calm and supportive, you have a natural leadership style where people feel heard and respected.
Whilst you will not need to work shift work, there will be times when after hours calls or issues will need escalating.
Please ensure you state any NDIS experience clearly in your resume.
This is a full time permanent role requiring you to be in office (near Homebush) at least 2 days/week and ideally more.
There will be times that it's appropriate for you to visit participants' homes (in Sydney and Newcastle) and you will need your own transport.
Salary commensurate with experience, likely up to $95,000 plus super with access to NFP salary packaging.
