- Prepare for appraisals and manage follow up
- Just listed and just sold calls
- Door knocking and letter box drops
- Assist with open homes and private inspections
- Prepare open and auction packs
- Manage buyer inquiry and the buyer database
- Assist with negotiations and managing offers
- Lison with solicitors, council, buyers and vendors

Experience required

- Experience in real estate with prospecting and buyer management
- Certificate of Registration or Class 2 license
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Fluent Mandarin and English language skills
- Drivers license and reliable car
- Flexibility to work Saturdays
