The Role

Fast-paced manufacturing needs someone who can keep every moving part accounted for, and that's the heart of this role.

You'll own production orders end-to-end in our ERP system, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the production, warehouse and quality teams to keep everything running to schedule. Accurate records are a big part of the job, so you'll be the person who keeps our compliance documentation watertight and audit-ready.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you'll help a growing business get sharper. That means noticing where things could run smoother, and knowing your ideas will be listened to.

And there's a clear next step. We're actively looking to develop the right person into a junior production planning role, with the training and support to get you there.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately enter, update, and close production orders in the ERP system.
- Verify and reconcile usage of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging against production runs.
- Monitor open production orders, ensuring timely closure and accurate reporting.
- Maintain detailed and accurate production records for traceability, audit, and compliance purposes.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or variances to production, warehouse, or quality teams for resolution.
- Provide regular updates and reports on production order status to relevant stakeholders.
- Support process improvements in data entry, reporting,



and system usage to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced FMCG environment to ensure information flows smoothly.
- Create, maintain and amend production schedules based on day to day operations to ensure business KPI’s are met

About You

The ideal candidate will have

- Previous experience in data entry, administration, or production support (FMCG or manufacturing workplace highly regarded).
- High level of accuracy, precision, and attention to detail in handling production data.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
- Robust organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to remain focused and efficient in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
