cohealth is hiring an OPHR - Older Persons High Rise Support Worker to provide one-to-one support and community activities for tenants in high-rise housing. You will engage marginalised residents, monitor health, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

The role supports vulnerable communities in inner-north and west Melbourne, with a part time 0.6 FTE arrangement and an hourly rate of AU$46.70 plus super. Ongoing employment offered in a values-driven organisation.
