Perform carpentry tasks for residential/commercial construction and renovations, including framing, finishing, installation, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

- Read/interprete plans and specs.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install timber, trim, doors, windows, cabinets, and flooring.
- Build frames, roofs, and temporary structures.
- Finish trim, cabinetry, and apply finishes.
- Repair/replace damaged structures and fixtures.
- Use and maintain hand/power tools; follow safety procedures.
- Coordinate with team, estimate materials, and report progress.

Qualifications

- Proficient with tools and plans; physically fit.
- Valid driver’s license; OSHA or trade certifications a plus.

Working Conditions

- In office work, variable weather, occasional overtime; PPE required.
