Coach Concepts is one of Australia's leading manufacturers of premium bus and coach bodies. We design and build high-quality vehicles for operators throughout Australia, with every vehicle proudly manufactured at our Rocklea facility.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated tradesperson or experienced fabricator to join our Panel Line.

About the Role

Working as part of our production team, you will help transform a completed steel frame into a finished bus or coach body.

Your work will include:

- Measuring, cutting and fitting aluminium body panels

- Folding and shaping aluminium components

- Bonding and fastening external body panels

- Installing access doors, service panels and infill panels

- Fitting gas struts, hinges, locks and hardware

- Fitting glazing

- Completing minor fabrication and occasional welding

- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality

Every day is different, with each vehicle custom-built to customer requirements.

About You

We are looking for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in producing a high-quality finished product.

You may have experience in:

- Coach building
- Sheet metal fabrication
- Aluminium fabrication
- Vehicle body building
- Caravan or RV manufacturing
- Truck body construction




- Marine fabrication
- General fabrication or manufacturing

Experience with aluminium fabrication, adhesives, glazing or vehicle assembly will be highly regarded, however we are also willing to train the right applicant who has the right attitude and mechanical aptitude.
