Maintenance Electrician - Wetherill Park

A leading FMCG manufacturer is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join its high-performing maintenance team. The Role Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining production equipment to maximise plant reliability and minimise downtime.

Key responsibilities include:

- Electrical breakdown diagnosis and fault finding on production equipment.
- Preventative and planned maintenance across manufacturing and packaging lines.
- PLC fault finding and electrical troubleshooting.
- Working with motors, drives, sensors, conveyors, VSDs and control systems.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to improve plant performance.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with site procedures.

About You

To be successful you will have:

- NSW Electrical Licence.
- Experience as a Maintenance Electrician within FMCG, food & beverage, packaging, pharmaceutical or another manufacturing environment.
- Robust electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with automated production equipment.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and work independently.
- A proactive approach with a strong commitment to safety and reliability.
