WorkPac is currently seeking 2 x Natural Setting Maintenance Officers for our client based in Drouin. These full-time positions are ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have experience maintaining parks, reserves and natural environments. You will play an important role in preserving and enhancing public open spaces while working as part of a supportive team.

What You Will Be Doing

- Maintain parks, reserves and natural environments to a high standard

- Perform mowing, whipper snipping,



brush cutting and vegetation management

- Assist with weed control, planting, mulching and re vegetation works

- Undertake pruning and general tree and shrub maintenance

- Carry out litter collection and ensure public spaces remain clean and well-presented

- Safely operate hand and power tools and small plant equipment

- Assist with general labouring and environmental maintenance duties

- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and environmental management practices

What Will You Need?

- Previous experience in parks and gardens, landscaping, horticulture, grounds maintenance or natural environment maintenance

- Experience operating hand and power tools including mowers, whipper snippers, hedge trimmers and brush cutters

- Current driver's licence and reliable transport

- White Card

- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work

- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
