ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Customer Support Officer with JJ's you will support depot operations across the Melbourne region from our Dandenong South office. This role is responsible for delivering quality assurance activities, data validation, and day-to-day operational support.

You will provide exceptional customer service to our commercial customers while working closely with operations teams across the Melbourne region ensure quality assurance and maintain accurate operational data. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

To succeed in this position, you will be able to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, manage your time effectively, and collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.

This position is a based in the office; permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 4.30pm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





Perform routine data integrity activities including audits, reconciliation and validation, correcting errors identified along the way

Maintain and correct data across multiple systems

Managing the auditing of services for customers

Perform data validation and quality assurance activities to minimise downstream business impacts

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence ensuring timely responses, appropriate follow up, escalations and preparing outgoing correspondence as required

Stakeholder management and engagement

Other duties as requested

ABOUT YOU

Detail orientated, able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks at once

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders

Possess a high attention to detail with the ability to manage and perform multiple tasks

Able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player

Proficient in office software and windows-based software, with a willingness to learn new tools and processes

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload

Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment to achieving customer service of the highest standard
