This is not a narrowly defined processing role. As an integral part of the advice team, you will be involved throughout the client journey, build meaningful relationships with advisers, colleagues and clients and gain exposure to sophisticated strategies for substantial wealth accumulators and multi-million-dollar investors. You will coordinate annual reviews, prepare documentation and correspondence, implement advice and keep client matters moving through to completion.

Responsibilities

- Work closely with a financial adviser as an integral member of the advice team, assisting the broader team when required.
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships and act as a reliable point of contact by phone, email and in person.
- Manage annual review schedules, prepare meeting documentation and keep workflows and records up to date.
- Prepare client correspondence, review documentation and Records of Advice to a consistently high standard.
- Implement investment, superannuation and insurance recommendations across a varied and sophisticated client base.
- Liaise with platforms, fund managers, insurers and product providers, following transactions through to completion.
- Maintain accurate client files and contribute to a solid culture of compliance, quality documentation and continuous improvement.





About you

You will bring:

- Previous experience in financial planning administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and the ability to manage several client matters at once.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a strong history of working collaboratively.
- Confidence using Microsoft 365.
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in financial planning.
- Experience with AdviserLogic or similar software, advice implementation or financial planning compliance will be highly regarded.
