Due to growth, we are looking for a 12 month fixed term Onboarding & Training Coordinator to support the capability, compliance, and development of our ANZ workforce. Acting as the central coordinator for onboarding, training administration, competency management, and certification programs, you will work closely with leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and employees to ensure training requirements are effectively delivered, tracked, and maintained. This role plays a key part in building workforce capability, supporting compliance obligations, and driving continuous improvement across our learning and onboarding processes.
What you'll do:
- Own the administration and coordination of onboarding, training, competency, and certification frameworks across the ANZ business.
- Manage learning management systems (LMS), training records, compliance tracking, certification renewals, and associated reporting to ensure data accuracy and audit readiness.
- Coordinate training delivery, assessments, field-based competency sign-offs, and scheduling with SMEs, Team Leaders, trainers, and external providers.
- Support new employee onboarding by coordinating induction activities, documentation, system access requirements, and learning pathways.
- Maintain and update training materials, competency matrices, training plans, learning pathways, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor training completion rates, compliance requirements, and certification status, proactively following up with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
- Prepare and distribute training analytics, capability dashboards, and management reports to support workforce planning and decision-making.
- Partner with leaders and key stakeholders to identify capability gaps and recommend continuous improvement opportunities within onboarding and training programs.
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and learning management systems (LMS).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate training programs, schedules, and administrative processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with experience preparing reports, tracking metrics, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- AI-curious and open to leveraging technology and process improvements to enhance learning, onboarding, and operational effectiveness.
