Responsibilities
As with any multi-site portfolio, performance varies home to home, and part of this role is closing that gap.
You'll be building consistent clinical policy and governance across the group, and lifting the capability of the clinical leaders in every home.
You'll need to be comfortable engaging with the Board.
The formal side, like board-level reporting conventions, isn't something you need to have already mastered.
They'll guide you through that.

Qualifications
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Several years in senior clinical governance or similar role, ideally across multiple sites
Experience writing and reviewing clinical policy
Extensive experience in Residential Aged Care
Full Working Rights in Australia
