Recrevi Group is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our high performing Sydney team.This is an opportunity to join a specialist legal recruitment business working with leading law firms across Australia and internationally.
You'll partner closely with our consultants on retained and contingent searches, playing a key role in identifying, engaging and managing exceptional legal talent.This role is suited to someone who enjoys research, candidate engagement and delivering high quality work.
You'll be part of a collaborative boutique setting where your ideas, initiative and contribution are genuinely valued.What you'll doPartner with consultants on retained and contingent legal recruitment assignmentsIdentify, engage and build relationships with high calibre legal professionals across Australia and internationallyConduct market mapping and talent research to support strategic search activityPrepare candidate marketing materials, blind specifications and job advertisementsManage candidate outreach across multiple channels, including LinkedInMaintain accurate candidate and client records within our ATSAssist with market intelligence,



salary benchmarking and broader recruitment projectsWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in recruitment, executive search or talent acquisition, ideally within legal or professional servicesStrong research and candidate engagement skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and exceptional organisational skillsA proactive, commercially minded approach and the ability to manage competing prioritiesSomeone who enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in producing high quality workCandidates must have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
