At Mirvac, we create exceptional places and experiences that enrich communities. We're looking for a Customer Accounts Coordinator – National Tenants to join our Retail Asset Management team on a 12-month contract, based in our Sydney CBD head office.
The opportunity
This is a high-impact role where you'll take ownership of national tenant accounts, managing arrears and delivering accurate reporting, while partnering closely with Asset teams and tenants across a national portfolio.
Key responsibilities
Manage national tenant arrears, ensuring timely collections and KPI achievement
Analyse debtor accounts, reconcile balances and interpret lease agreements
Provide transparent reporting and insights on arrears trends and performance
Partner with Asset teams to ensure consistent debt collection processes
Build strong relationships with national tenants, resolving queries efficiently




Support complex cases including tenants in administration
About you
1–3 years' experience in property, accounts receivable or debt collection
Strong understanding of lease agreements and financial reconciliation
Confident analysing data and delivering explicit, accurate reporting
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships
