The Role – Team Member
As a
Team Member
, you'll be the face of Schnitz Robina, making sure every customer has a outstanding dining experience. This is a hands‐on role where you'll rotate across different sections of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
greeting guests, taking orders, ensuring friendly and efficient service.
Food Preparation
assisting with cooking, salads, and assembling meals according to Schnitz standards.
Kitchen Operations
supporting pan‐cooking, fryers, and food handling safely and hygienically.




Restaurant Cleanliness
maintaining a clean and safe environment (dining area, kitchen, equipment).
Teamwork
working closely with other Team Members and Team Leaders to keep shifts running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Solid communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast‐paced setting.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Previous hospitality or retail experience (preferred, but not essential).
Must be reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player.
