The role delivers the DCJ CAFS Community Strengthening Program, supporting children, young people and families with outreach, intake, referral and connection to services.
You will work in a trauma-informed, culturally protected framework, build robust relationships with local organisations, and help us achieve better wellbeing outcomes.
