We are looking for an experienced Senior Fish & Chip Cook with café experience to join our busy, fast-paced team.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with our Café Manager to deliver exceptional food and help lead our kitchen team.

- Have proven experience in a busy fish & chip shop and/or café kitchen.
- Deliver consistently high-quality food with excellent presentation.
- Thrive in a quick-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
- Be able to work autonomously and confidently manage the kitchen when required.
- Have excellent multitasking and organisational skills.
- Work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality.




- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and lead by example.
- Train, mentor and support junior kitchen staff.
- Have outstanding customer service skills and understand the importance of delivering a great customer experience.
- Be reliable, motivated and take pride in their work.
