Northern Rivers Community Gateway is seeking a passionate Community Strengthening Officer to join our Community Hubs team in Lismore, NSW.
The role delivers the DCJ CAFS Community Strengthening Program, supporting children, young people and families with outreach, intake, referral and connection to services.
You will work in a trauma-informed, culturally secure framework, build solid relationships with local organisations, and help us achieve better wellbeing outcomes.
