Job Description

Harrier is seeking a Senior TA Specialist to join a small, centralised team delivering recruitment directly for our customer.

This role works closely with our customer's Chief People Officer, and reports to Harrier's Head of Solutions and Customer Success.

The role:
End-to-end recruitment across a broad remit — from executive appointments through to ground transport, trades and technical roles.
Direct involvement in the customer's transformation program through to 2031.
Ownership of Harrier's Indigenous engagement track, shaping how the airport builds inclusive talent pipelines.
Partnership with an in office Sourcing Specialist to deliver proactive campaigns and build talent pools ahead of demand.
Access to Harrier's Community of Experts and leading recruitment technology, supporting a robust and consistent candidate experience.

The arrangement:
0.8 FTE, with flexibility in how the hours are structured.
12-month maximum term contract.
Hybrid working, customer's office, south of Perth CBD.
Start - available immediately.

Qualifications

Candidates will be well suited to this role if they have:




End-to-end recruitment experience spanning Corporate, Technical and Executive hiring.
A demonstrated record of delivering targeted campaigns to deadline.
The confidence to advise senior stakeholders, from Hiring Managers through to C-suite, and manage timelines accordingly.
Genuine interest in, or experience with, Indigenous engagement and inclusive hiring practices.
The ability to operate independently across a diverse portfolio.
