Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations across our Dickson, Gungahlin and Jerrabomberra restaurants. You will lead and coach teams, uphold quality standards, and drive efficient service with a solid focus on customer satisfaction and speed.

Reporting to the Culinary & Operations Coach, you will manage the restaurant's P&L;, rostering, inventory and budgets, and develop talent through training.
