Car Beauty Salon is currently seeking a skilled and experienced salesperson to join our friendly team at our prestigious vehicle smash repair shop in Lane Cove North. We are looking for someone who can effectively communicate with customers and close sales, while providing exceptional service and support.

If you know how to delight customers and keep them coming back, we want you to join us. As our Sales and Customer Service Manager, you’re going to get to know our clients really well. You’ll use this knowledge, together with a bright, positive attitude, and your wide range of customer skills to support them, every day.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate sales/customer service person to join our team. You will enjoy developing relationships with customers and suppliers. And you probably should know a little bit about cars.

You’re going to be talking to customers. A lot. You’ll sort out their issues and leave them delighted because you’re brilliant at customer service.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person at the office.

- Schedule customer vehicle repairs, considering shop schedules, availability, and business planning.

- Provide accurate and objective information to clients regarding their vehicle repairs or customer requests.

- Prepare quotations, close sales, and provide post-sales support and information.





- Obtain parts quotations from suppliers, place parts orders, handle payments, and manage parts returns.

Skills and experience:

- Demonstrated experience in sales.

- Outline at least 3 top achievements in your career（Please include this in your resume or message）

- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets

- Have an excellent customer follow-up methodology

- Be well-presented

- Outgoing personality with strong communication and people skills

- Be competent on a computer

- Eagerness to learn new things and adapt to changing market trends

- At least know a Mazda from a Maserati

We are primarily seeking individuals who are already proficient in sales. Therefore, support in sales techniques and strategies may not be available.
