Responsibilities

- Supervise school crossing zones during school zone hours of 8:00–9:30 AM and 2:30–4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Provide 1.5 hours of supervision in the morning and 1.5 hours in the afternoon.




- Ensure that school crossings receive a total of 30 hours of supervision per fortnight.
- Display alertness to potential dangers and communicate effectively with school staff, students, parents, and motorists.
- Remain on site in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

- Minimum age of 18 years at the time of appointment.
- Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check, Reference Checks, Police Check, and Health Assessment. Prior Working with Children checks will speed the process.
- Reliability and commitment to attend scheduled shifts in good or bad weather.
- Effective communication skills.
