Your Responsibilities:

- Manage a residential property portfolio with a strong focus on client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance requests,



repairs and contractors
- Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Manage lease renewals, rental arrears and tenant enquiries
- Oversee leasing processes and tenant selection
- Ensure compliance with legislation and agency procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service at every interaction
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team structure

About You:

- Previous experience in residential property management
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (essential)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Current driver's licence
- Ability to work occasional Saturdays as part o
