Located at our head office in Abbotsford, we are seeking a full time Accountant who will play a pivotal role in our financial operations.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation and advanced data analysis capabilities. You will work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts, manage month-end and year-end processes, ensure statutory compliance, and support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank accounts, and balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare and post journals, accruals, and adjustments.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare BAS, GST, FBT, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor cash management.




- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Analyse financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
- Assist with external and internal audits by preparing supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Assist with ERP/accounting system maintenance and process improvements.
- Support ad hoc financial projects and business initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with company policies and deadlines.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- At least one year post-qualification experience in accounting, finance, or audit
- Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, pivot tables, financial analysis, scenario forecasting
- Analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex data sets and derive insights
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent English language skills are required
