Sydney | Hybrid | Full-time An exciting opportunity has opened within a growing independent agency working across social media, influencers, culture and sport.

You’ll lead a significant national client account connected to some of Australia’s most recognised sporting moments. This is a senior, hands-on role combining client leadership, influencer strategy, team management and integrated campaign delivery.

The role

You’ll become the senior day-to-day contact for a fast-moving client with a busy calendar of campaigns, content and partnerships.

You’ll bring structure, clarity and confidence to the account by improving briefing and approval processes, managing changing requirements, protecting scope and helping the wider team deliver consistently robust work.

You’ll be supported by an account team while remaining close to both strategy and delivery.

What you’ll do

- Lead the day-to-day and strategic relationship with a major national client.
- Deliver social, influencer and content campaigns connected to sport and culture.
- Manage influencer programs from strategy and talent selection through to execution and reporting.
- Establish clear processes for briefs, approvals, content calendars and delivery schedules.
- Manage changing briefs, competing priorities and scope with confidence.
- Oversee integrated campaigns, activations and content production.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative,



insights and specialist teams.
- Lead, support and develop junior account team members.
- Present campaign performance, insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Stay current with social platforms, influencers and cultural trends.

What you’ll bring

- Agency experience leading social or influencer work for a well-known brand.
- Confidence managing senior stakeholders and demanding client relationships.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to protect scope.
- Excellent organisation, communication and delivery skills.
- Experience managing and mentoring account teams.
- Strong knowledge of social media, influencer marketing and content.
- A genuine interest in Australian sport and culture.
- The confidence to make decisions, challenge constructively and take ownership.
