The Opportunity
As a Bilingual Account Manager, you'll become the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, helping them navigate our products and services while building long-term professional relationships.
Working alongside experienced managers, you'll receive structured coaching to develop strong communication, relationship management and commercial skills.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and building trust.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Communicate confidently in both Uzbek and English via phone, email and messaging platforms.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure an excellent client experience.
- Identify client needs and connect them with appropriate products and services.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client notes.
- Support business development initiatives within the Uzbek-speaking community.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
About You We're looking for someone who:
- Is fluent in Uzbek and English (Russian is an advantage).
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enjoys building relationships with people from different backgrounds.
- Is proactive, organised and eager to learn.
- Has Australian working rights.
- Is based in Sydney or able to work from our Sydney office.
