About the Role

Viewix has reached a stage of growth where client relationships — and the revenue that flows from them — need dedicated ownership. As Account Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the existing client portfolio: driving renewals, managing the production journey, and identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and grow accounts over time.

Around 60% of the business comes from recurring social media packages on three-month retainers. The other 40% are bespoke and project-based clients. You'll own both — maintaining the rhythm of retainer accounts and being proactive about re-engaging and upselling project clients.

This is a revenue-generating role. You'll be measured on retention, renewal rates, and account growth — not just client satisfaction. The earning potential is real and uncapped,



and the right person will write solid numbers by being consistent, relationship-first, and commercially switched on.

Key Responsibilities

- Own a growing portfolio of active Viewix accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all client communications post-sale
- Build deep, trusted relationships with clients — from founder-led businesses through to marketing managers at larger organisations
- Lead the client onboarding process alongside the co-founder and internal producer, setting clear expectations from day one
- Own the communication flow between clients and the internal production team — clients should never be left chasing updates
- Drive renewal conversations proactively with retainer clients — well ahead of contract end dates
- Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your portfolio
- Re-engage bespoke and project clients with timely, relevant outreach to keep Viewix front of mind
- Collaborate closely with the founders on account strategy, flagging risks and opportunities early

Skills & Experience

- 1–2 years minimum in account management, client success, or a relationship-focused commercial role
- A proven ability to build genuine client relationships — people trust you, respond to you, and want to keep working with you
- Commercially minded with experience managing renewals, upsells, or revenue targets within a client portfolio
- Excellent written and verbal communication — clear, professional, and warm in equal measure
- Robust organisational skills — you manage multiple accounts simultaneously without things slipping
- Comfortable in a fast-moving small business environment where initiative is expected
- Confident using CRM tools to track accounts, log activity, and manage pipeline
