We're looking for a commercially minded relationship builder who thrives at the intersection of data, real estate, and client success. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for FLNT's clients by helping them unlock the full value of our commercial real estate intelligence platform, deepen their engagement with our products, and grow with us over time. If you combine a genuine curiosity for property markets, strong communication skills, and a track record of managing and expanding client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, commerce or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ of demonstrated experience in an account management, client success or relationship management role, ideally within proptech, SaaS, data/analytics or commercial real estate.
- Track record of managing a portfolio of B2B client relationships and meeting retention or revenue targets.
- Experience working with or selling data, analytics or software subscription products (highly regarded).
- Familiarity with the commercial real estate sector - landlords, lessors, or property data - is an advantage.
- Experience using a CRM platform (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipeline and account activity.

- Commercially minded, with a good understanding of client ROI and value-based selling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present data-driven insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Highly organised,



with the ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive and consultative approach, able to anticipate client needs and identify opportunities before they are raised.
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools to interpret account and usage trends.
- Collaborative team player who works effectively across Sales, Product, Data and Customer Success functions.
- Resilient and adaptable, comfortable operating in a quick-growing proptech environment where processes and products continue to evolve.

OUTCOMES & RESPONSIBIITIES

- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day queries and relationship management.
- Drive retention and renewal of existing client contracts by demonstrating the ongoing value and ROI of FLNT's data products.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base, in line with agreed revenue targets.
- Conduct regular client check-ins, business reviews and reporting sessions to understand evolving client needs and usage patterns.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, feeding back product, data quality and service issues to Product, Data and Customer Success teams.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales handover to active use.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, contract terms and pipeline activity in the CRM.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to relay client and market feedback that informs FLNT's product roadmap and go-to-market approach.
- Monitor account health metrics (e.g. usage, engagement, satisfaction) and proactively address at-risk accounts.
- Prepare and present account plans, renewal forecasts and revenue reporting to management as required.
