? Role Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Process invoices, payments, expenses, and financial transactions
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Prepare invoices, payment schedules, and expense reports
- Assist with monthly reporting and account closing activities
- Monitor outstanding invoices and payment records
- Support budgeting and basic financial administration
- Check financial data for accuracy and completeness
- Assist the finance team with reporting and administrative tasks
- Maintain organized digital finance records and documentation
- Support continuous improvements in accounting processes
? Qualifications:
✅ Degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
✅ Previous internship, academic, or administrative finance experience is an advantage
✅ Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
✅ Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
✅ Knowledge of Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software is an advantage
✅ Strong numerical and analytical skills
✅ Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
✅ Good written and verbal communication skills
✅ Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
✅ Strong willingness to learn and develop within Finance & Accounting
