? Role Responsibilities

✔ Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

✔ Prepare invoices, payment records, expense claims, and financial documents.

✔ Assist with bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.

✔ Maintain accurate financial records and accounting databases.

✔ Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

✔ Assist in preparing financial reports, spreadsheets, and management summaries.

✔ Verify financial data accuracy and ensure proper documentation.

✔ Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial administration tasks.

✔ Collaborate with internal departments regarding finance-related enquiries.

✔ Maintain confidentiality while handling financial information and company records.

✅ Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's Degree (completed or in progress) in Accounting, Finance,



Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

✔ Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

✔ Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

✔ Knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms is an advantage.

✔ Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

✔ Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

✔ Good written and verbal communication skills.

✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

✔ Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.

✔ No previous qualified experience required —full training, mentoring, and career development will be provided.
